Third National Seminar on Constitutionalism in Contemporary Times




Greetings from the National Law University, Jodhpur! The Centre for Comparative Constitutional Law & Administrative Law (CCAL) and the Constitutional Law Society (CLS) is organizing the 3rd National Seminar on ‘Constitutionalism in Contemporary Times’ scheduled to be held at NLU Jodhpur on September 7, 2024.


Authors are invited to submit papers exploring a range of broad themes specified below, encompassing not only the Indian context but also comparative perspectives. The themes are as following:


1. Governance, Electoral Processes, and Civic Engagement

2. ⁠Constitutionalism in the age of Technology

3. ⁠Evolving contours of Judicial Review

4. ⁠Constitutional protection to minorities


The abstract submission deadline for the conference is 20th June, 2024.

Upon acceptance of the abstract submitted, participants will be required to pay a non-refundable fee as specified below:

1. UG, LLM & PhD Students: Rs. 3000

2. ⁠Academics & Practitioners: Rs. 4500


Co-authors are required to pay the registration fee separately.
